(as follows, “T-Bo”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares when you visit or make a purchase from misscheryl.com (the “Site”). When we refer to Personal Information, we are talking about both Device Information and Registration Information.
We may collect your Personal Information for a variety of reasons, including: sending you information and communications; responding to course inquiries and other requests; conducting contests and promotions; processing transactions; optimizing your experience on our Site; arranging for shipping; providing you with invoices and registration confirmations; screen payments for potential risk or fraud; and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
